    Our 24/7 Residential team is looking for dedicated staff that want to be a part of our team and provide education and skills building to empower individuals with Mental Illness and Developmental Disabilities. Our team of DSP's work together to build independence and life skills. We promote socialization through community outings and scheduling fun events for the group. Requirements include:
    * High School diploma or equivalent.
    * 21 years or older
    * Valid driver's license.
    * Automobile insurance.
    * We do offer DSP training

  • The Shelter Specialist works with victims of Domestic Violence and homelessness. They ensure victims are in a clean safe environment and available to assist the shelter residents when needed. This position is also available to answer the Domestic Violence's hotline and assist callers as needed.
    * Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
    * Work experience in domestic violence, social work, human services or a related field is preferred.
    * 40 hours of domestic violence training is provided.

    * Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience
    * Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
    * Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.

  • This position leads our team of dedicated DSP's that work in our Residential Group Homes. We provide 24/7 service to individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a multi tasker that can schedule training, manage the day to day staff and responsibilities for the program. There is a co-manager that assists with these responsibilities, but the each will need to be able to schedule and step in where needed in the program. This position requires:
    * Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
    * Must be 21 years or older.
    * Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
    * Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
